  • Peninsula Shipments: Orders within the peninsula will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipments: Delivery times for international orders range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Please note that the delivery times indicated are estimates, and may vary slightly at times of high volume of purchases (such as sales or Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as delays in the courier service or customs procedures).

  • Shipping within the USA (Peninsula): We offer shipping through endless3pl.com.
  • International Shipping: Costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. The shipping amount will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment in real time. This way, you can check the status and location of your package at any time.

Duties and Taxes

International Shipments: Shipments outside the United States may be subject to local duties, taxes and fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Pursymove is not responsible for these additional charges that may apply upon arrival of the package at its destination.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery Attempts: In case you are not available to receive the package, the courier service may attempt delivery again or drop off the package at a nearby pick-up point. The customer will be notified by SMS, email or delivery note.
