At Pursymove, we strive to offer the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, below is our return policy:
General Return Conditions
- Return period: You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.
- Product condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. No returns will be accepted for products that show signs of use.
Return Process
- Request a return: Contact our customer service team at contacto@pursymove.com or through our website to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
- Return shipping: Once the request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless it is a shipping error or a defective product.
- Proof of Shipment: We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure that the package arrives at our facility. Pursymove is not responsible for packages lost during the return process.
- Product check: Once we receive the item, our team will check the condition of the product. If it complies with our return conditions, we will proceed to process the refund.
Refunds
– Refund Method: Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used during purchase.
– Refund Timeframe: Refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the product.
– Original shipping charges: Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or the error is attributable to Pursymove.
Defective product or shipping error
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by Pursymove, and we will proceed to send you the correct product at no additional cost.
